Included in this project were a review of key market elements, design criteria and building program options analyzing the relative benefits of a range of venues and seating capacities between 99 and 800 seats, activity/use program recommendations, a business operating plan including governance-management options and a draft annual operating budget.
Janis A. Barlow & Associates completed work on the business feasibility study in 2005 and has since provided executive search services for a founding Theatre Manager for the facility.
